Rockin'Umbria - 21st edition, from the 19th to the 24th of July 2011

Rockin'Umbria XXIst edition from the 19th to the 24th of July 2011, rock "underground" and "alternative" music in Umbria. The Festival will take place in Umbertide and Perugia, Umbria.

The 19th of July in Piazza della Rocca in Umbertide, from 9.30 pm rock and classical music will be played by Umbria Ensemble, conducted by Cecilia Berioli. Classical versions of Robert Wyatt, John Cale, David Byrne, Rem, Ali Farka Tourè, David Sylvian, Robert Fripp, Elvis Costello, Nick Cave, Penguin Cafè Orchestra.

The 20th of July Verdena group will play at 9:30 pm in Piazza San Francesco in Umbertide.
The 21st of July Giovanni Lindo Ferretti will play  at 9.30 pm in Piazza San Francesco in Umbertide.
The 22nd of July Joan As Police Woman will play  at 9.30 pm in Piazza San Francesco in Umbertide.
The 23rd of July Kultur Shock group will play at 12 pm in Piazza San Francesco in Umbertide.
The 24th of July  Marianne Faithfull will play at 9.30 pm in Auditorium San Francesco in Perugia
